Request for Participation: Services for Persons with Disabilities, DPS

Sansia Oy is establishing a dynamic purchasing system through which services for persons with disabilities will be procured as purchased services on a per-client basis. This is a request for participation in the procurement. The dynamic purchasing system is divided into 13 lots at the establishment stage as follows: - Lot 1: Short-term care according to the Act on Services for Persons with Disabilities - Lot 2: Coaching according to the Act on Services for Persons with Disabilities - Lot 3: Supported decision-making according to the Act on Services for Persons with Disabilities - Lot 4: Home care for a person with a disability - Lot 5: Work activities for persons with intellectual disabilities - Lot 6: Day activities according to the Act on Services for Persons with Disabilities - Lot 7: Personal assistance according to the Act on Services for Persons with Disabilities - Lot 8: Special support for participation according to the Act on Services for Persons with Disabilities - Lot 9: Escort services according to the Act on Services for Persons with Disabilities - Lot 10: Foster care for a person with a disability - Lot 11: 24-hour assistant services for a person using a respirator - Lot 12: No participation applications can be submitted for this lot yet - Lot 13: No participation applications can be submitted for this lot yet Sansia Oy reserves the right to establish lots 12 and 13 later during the validity period of the dynamic purchasing system. The procurement objects are described in general terms in Appendix 1 to the request for participation, "12909 / Services for Persons with Disabilities - Preliminary description of the procurement object for the dynamic purchasing system". The procurement object and scope, as well as the minimum requirements for the service, will be defined and specified according to the respective Client's needs in the tender request for internal competition. All wellbeing services county areas that are owner-customers of Sansia Oy (up-to-date list at https://www.sansia.fi/yritys/omistajat.html) can use the dynamic purchasing system. To join the procurement system, a participation application must be submitted. Applications are made per lot, and the Candidate may apply to join multiple lots. The lots include several different target groups, within which sub-bids are allowed according to the internal tender request to be published later. Only Candidates who have submitted a participation application and have been accepted into the procurement system have the right to submit tenders during the procurement phase. The dynamic purchasing system ends on 30.11.2031. Coaching according to the Act on Services for Persons with Disabilities The subject of procurement for Lot 2 is the purchase of services falling under coaching according to the Act on Services for Persons with Disabilities as purchased services for the respective Client's needs. Supported decision-making according to the Act on Services for Persons with Disabilities The subject of procurement for Lot 3 is the purchase of services falling under supported decision-making according to the Act on Services for Persons with Disabilities (675/2023) as purchased services for the respective Client's needs. Home care for a person with a disability The subject of procurement for Lot 4 is the purchase of services falling under home care (services provided at home) for a person with a disability according to the Social Welfare Act (1301/2014) as purchased services for the respective Client's needs. Work activities for persons with intellectual disabilities The subject of procurement for Lot 5 is the purchase of services falling under work activities for persons with intellectual disabilities according to the Social Welfare Act (710/1982) or the Act on Services for Persons with Disabilities (675/2023) as purchased services for the respective Client's needs.
