Opdrachtgever: Stichting Yuverta
Het gaat om:
• PBM’s (incl. labjassen, kookschorten, etc. t.b.v. leerlingen), waarbij er een onderscheid is tussen persoonsgebonden PBM’s (bijvoorbeeld veiligheidsschoenen voor medewerkers, kettingzaagbroek) en generieke PBM’s (denk hierbij aan kookschorten of veiligheidsschoenen voor algemeen gebruik (incl. gebruik door leerlingen en studenten)).
Naast het leveren van de PBM’s dient de leverancier ook het beheer en de keuringen van de PBM’s uit te voeren. Het uitvoeren van het beheer omvat de registratie en advisering bij de PBM’s om ervoor te zorgen dat de PBM’s passend worden ingezet, voldoet aan wet- en regelgeving en aantoonbaar wordt voldaan aan de zorgplicht omtrent de inzet van PBM’s.
