Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” (First published - July 2016, Second Edition - November 2017, Third Edition July 2018 and Fourth Edition - November 2020 , Fifth Edition: September 2023 and Sixth Edition February 2025) (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement manual and Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers July 2016 Revised November 2017, August 2018 , November, 2020 and February 2025.

  5. A signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]
  6. Evidence of 3 Similar contracts performed, and supplies completed.
  7. One original and three copies of the bid document to be submitted neatly bound.
  8. Audited Financial statement for the past three financial years (2022,2023,2024)
  9. Technical Brochure /catalogue required for evaluation.
  10. Please Note: All International firms shall not be required to submit the below required documents, valid tax clearance certificate, a valid NASSIT Clearance
