Original language: noMolde kommune skal engasjere en prosjektleder, med et fagmiljø, for gjennomføring av mulighetsstudie og utarbeiding av ny reguleringsplan på Enenområdet i Molde. Målsetningen med mulighetsstudiet er å lage en fremtidsrettet bo- og habiliteringstjeneste.Området gir mange muligheter, og for å sikre best mulig utnytting skal det gjennomføres en mulighetsstudie. Det som er viktig å få avklart i mulighetsstudiet er funksjonalitet for brukerne av området og sektorens ansatte. Mulighetsstudien går på vurdering av tilbud innenfor bo- og habilitering, og først og fremst hvilke tilbud som bør etableres på området. Det skal derfor gjennomføres en avgrenset medvirkningsprosess som skal brukes aktivt inn i planarbeidet. På bakgrunn av mulighetsstudien skal det utvikles tre ulike konsept, og som opsjon skal det utarbeides ny reguleringsplan for området. Det skal ikke prosjekteres enkeltbygg eller installasjoner i denne anskaffelsen.Det er ønskelig at planforslag til ny reguleringsplan foreligger til endelig vedtak pr september 2027, slik at kommunen kan begynne arbeidet med byggesak høsten 2027.Prosjektlederen må ha erfaring fra utarbeiding av tilsvarende mulighetsstudier og reguleringsplan for tilsvarende prosjekter, og dette evalueres som del av tildelingskriteriet for kvalitet. Det forutsettes også en tverrfaglig tilnærming til oppgaven, så prosjektleder må disponere et sammensatt team der sentrale fagpersoner/fagressurser må være representert.Oppdragsgiver anslår verdien på anskaffelsen til 2,0 MNOK eks. mva.Kontraktsvilkår følger av NS8402.
