Under the Climate Risk and Early Warning Systems (CREWS) Haiti project, the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) is seeking to procure, deliver, install and commission an electric generator set for the benefit of the Hydrometeorological Unit of Haiti (UHM), the national meteorological and hydrological service of Haiti.

The objective is to ensure reliable backup power at the UHM premises in Port-au-Prince, thereby guaranteeing continuity of meteorological, hydrological and early warning operations in the country.
