Original language: noKongsvinger kommune inviterer til åpen anbudskonkurranse for inngåelse av rammeavtale for kjøp av matvarer til mindre forbruksenheter.Anskaffelsen omfatter levering av matvarer til kommunens brukersteder og/eller henting/handel i fysisk butikk, slik dette fremgår av konkurransegrunnlaget med vedlegg.Det er adgang til å gi tilbud på ett, flere eller alle deltilbud. Tilbyder skal angi hvilke deltilbud tilbudet omfatter i Vedlegg 2 – Kravspesifikasjon, arkfane «Brukersteder».Oppdragsgiver vil evaluere og tildele kontrakt separat for hvert deltilbud. Flere deltilbud kan tildeles samme leverandør.Rammeavtalen skal ha en varighet på 2 år, med opsjon for oppdragsgiver til å forlenge avtalen med inntil 2 år. Maksimal avtaleperiode er 4 år.Tilbud skal leveres elektronisk via Mercell innen tilbudsfristen.
