L’agence des Nations Unies pour les réfugiés (HCR), Bureau Regional du Senegal, invite les fournisseurs de services qualifiés à soumettre une proposition ferme pour l'établissement d'un (ou plusieurs) Accord(s)-Cadre(s) pour la fourniture de servicesd’Interprétariat Simultanéeet deTraduction de Documentsen quatre (04) langues : l’Anglais, le Français, l’Espagnol et le Portugais en deux (02) lots distincts comme suit :Lot 1: Services d'Interprétariat SimultanéLot 2 : Services de Traduction de documentsNote: Les deux lots sont indépendants et chaque fournisseur est libre de choisir le lot selon sa capacité à répondre aux exigences demandées.SOUMISSION DE LA PROPOSITIONLes propositions doivent être soumises directement dans le portail ERP et toutes les pièces jointes doivent être téléchargées au format PDF. (Des copies des documents au format PDF peuvent, en outre, être incluses au format Excel ou autres formats, etc.).
Les offres techniques et financières doivent être soumises dans les sections spécifiées.
Le non-respect de cette exigence peut entraîner la disqualification de la proposition.La date limite de soumission des propositions est spécifiée dans la section Aperçu.
Toute proposition reçue après cette date limite ou en dehors du portail en ligne sera rejetée.
Le HCR peut, à sa discrétion, prolonger la date limite de soumission des propositions et les notifications seront envoyées à tous les soumissionnaires potentiels directement dans le portail en ligne.
