L’Agence des Nations Unies pour les Réfugiés (HCR), à travers son Bureau Régional du Sénégal, invite les fournisseurs qualifiés à soumettre une proposition ferme pour l’établissement d’un (ou de plusieurs) Accord(s)-Cadre(s) pour la fourniture de services de maintenance du système électrique du Bureau Régional du HCR à Dakar.SOUMISSION DE LA PROPOSITIONLes propositions doivent être soumises directement sur le portail Cloud ERP, et toutes les pièces jointes doivent être téléchargées au format PDF, en outre, être incluses au format Excel ou d'autres formats, etc.).
Les offres techniques et financières doivent être soumises dans les sections spécifiés.
Le non-respect de cette exigence peut entraîner la disqualification de la proposition.La date limite de soumission des propositions est indiquée dans la section « Aperçu ».
Toute proposition reçue après cette date limite ou en dehors du portail en ligne sera rejetée.Le HCR peut, à sa discrétion, prolonger le délai de soumission des offres et les notifications seront envoyées directement à tous les soumissionnaires potentiels directement dans le portail en ligne.

Veuillez noter que les exigences système utilisées par le HCR limitent la taille des pièces jointes à un maximum de 24 Mbdans chaque champ requis, comme indiqué dans la section « Conditions ».Le HCR ne sera pas responsable de la localiser ou de sécuriser des informations qui ne sont pas identifiées dans la proposition.
