Description
Travaux de paysage, aménagements extérieurs (places et zones vertes) et plantations : Le présent marché est composé d’ilots végétalisés principalement par des plantations d’arbres (44 pièces), d’arbustes (24 pièces) et de vivaces (env. 400 m2) et de semis (env.570 m2). Les fosses de plantation sont en partie en pleine terre et en partie composées d’un mélange-terre. Les surfaces destinées aux usagers sont principalement en gravier gras et une placette en béton agrémentée de jeux d’eau s’inscrit en son sein. Les jeux d’eau sont composés de trois buses installées dans la surface en béton et pouvant être actionnées par trois pédaliers différents. Les surfaces minérales contiennent également du mobilier. La surface des ilots est approximativement de 2'083 m2 Il est à noter que certains arbres existants sont à maintenir et que les travaux de démolition et de terrassement sont réalisés préalablement par une entreprise de génie civil.
