Remaining Works of Vertical Extension of 1st and 2nd Floor over existing ground floor of Academic Building (06 storied foundation) at APBN & Specialized Training Centre (ASTC) in Khagrachhari District (Civil, Sanitary, Water supply & Electrification work). N/A Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Non_Development GOB. Eligibility Requirements: 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (one) contract of 01 (one) no. RCC Framed Structure building construction work including Internal Sanitary and Internal Electrification work or similar nature work successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 300.00 (Three Houndred) Lakh; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 320.00 (Three Houndred and Twenty) Lakh over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (Five) financial years. Documents in support of average annual construction turnover must be submitted according to ITT Sub Clause 31.1(c).
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk 200.00 (Two Hunded) Lakh. Documents must be submitted according to ITT Sub Clause 31.1(d).
5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 280.00 (Two Hundred & Eighty) Lakh. [To be Submitted: ongoing work details, contract amount, bill payment amount, remaining works amount and other required information].
6. The Tenderer must submit up to date Trade license, Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration certificate, ABC/BC Electrical contractor and ABC/BC Electrical supervisory license from Bangladesh Electricity Licensing Board.
7. All other terms and conditions are mentioned in the TDS of this tender.
