This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by SaskTel to prospective Suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of Equipment Cleaning and Testing Services further described below (the “Deliverables”):The work includes cleaning and testing services associated with various telephone sets, modems, gateways, video set top boxes and other finished goodsContract Term: Three years with two (2) one-year options to extendSubmission Deadline: Thursday June 25, 2026 @ 2:00PM CST

Participation process: Suppliers interested in participating in this opportunity must do so via SaskTel’s e-Sourcing tool with Ariba. Suppliers not yet registered with SaskTel’s Ariba domain, must first complete the Self Registration process by clicking on the link provided below. Suppliers not registered and approved with SaskTel’s Ariba e-sourcing tool, will not be able to participate in this opportunity.
