Original language: fiHankintayksikkö pyytää tarjoustanne Rikosseuraamuslaitoksen koulutuskeskuksen opiskelijoiden ateriapalveluista tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankintayksikkö valitsee dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisäisen kilpailutuksen perusteella yhden toimittajan sopimuskaudeksi ja tekee voittaneen tarjoajan kanssa asiakaskohtaisen hankintasopimuksen, joka perustuu sopimukseen dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään osallistumisesta. Tarjouksen tekeminen edellyttää asiakaskohtaisen hankintasopimuksen ehtojen huomioon ottamista ja hyväksymistä. Hankintasopimus tulee voimaan 15.8.2026, kuitenkin aikaisintaan, kun tämä sopimus on allekirjoitettu. Sopimus on voimassa yhden (1) vuoden.
