Tenders for the roof replacement of Blaine Haven Lodge in Blaine Lake SK will be received up to 2:00 P.M., Regina City Time, Friday, June 26, 2026.Deliver bids electronically to the Consultant at[email protected].
Bids shall be delivered as described in the tender documents. Hardcopy bids will be returned unopened to the bidder.Tenders $100,000 and over must be accompanied by an electronic copy of the Certified Cheque (front and back), Bank Draft or a Bid Bond in an amount equal to a minumum of 10% of the bid price as well as a ‘Consent of Surety’ stating that the Surety is willing to supply the specified Performance Bond and Labour & Materials Payment Bond.Copies of the Tender Documents may be obtained from SaskTenders.There will be a mandatory site meeting on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. All interested parties shall meet outside the main entrance of Blaine Haven Lodge, 201 3rd Avenue East in Blaine Lake SK.The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. Evidence of competency shall be provided if requested. These reservations shall apply equally to subcontractors
