1.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług serwisowych i rozwojowych Systemu w module: HR (PA, PY, PT) zgodnie z wymaganiami Zamawiającego, przy czym świadczenie powyższych usług następować będzie: a. w ramach zamówienia podstawowego w zakresie świadczenia usług serwisowych i rozwojowych liczbie 20 Roboczogodzin zlecanych od dnia zawarcia umowy do dnia 31.12.2026. b. w ramach prawa opcji w zakresie świadczenia usług serwisowych i rozwojowych liczbie do 300 Roboczogodzin zlecanych od dnia zawarcia umowy do dnia 30.06.2028 lub do dnia wyczerpania wartości brutto umowy określonej w § 4 ust. 1 lub wyczerpania liczby roboczogodzin w ramach prawa opcji, w zależności które z tych zdarzeń nastąpi szybciej. W zakresie zamówienia objętego prawem opcji Zamawiający ma wyłącznie prawo, a nie obowiązek skorzystania z usług serwisowych i rozwojowych Systemu.
