Jedná se o odpad katalogové číslo 200303, Uliční smetky, kategorie O. Předpokládané množství za rok je 2.000 tun. Skládka musí mít oprávnění k přijímání odpadu 200303. Původcem odpadu je Statutární město Jablonec nad Nisou. Odpad vzniká na území Statutárního města Jablonec nad Nisou činností Technických služeb Jablonec, s.r.o. - strojní zametání komunikací a chodníků ve vlastnictví Statutárního města Jablonec nad Nisou. S odpady bude nakládáno dle zákona o odpadech. Dodavatel bude povinen předložit potřebné dokumenty/oprávnění k přijetí odpadu.
