Předmětem veřejné zakázky je realizace projektu s označením „Projekt elektronické Sbírky zákonů a mezinárodních smluv a elektronické tvorby právních předpisů (Projekt e-Sbírka a e-Legislativa)“, v jehož rámci usiluje o dostupnou a srozumitelnou publikaci platného a účinného práva na území České republiky bez jakýchkoli bariér v elektronické podobě a o kvalitnější, efektivnější a transparentnější přípravu, tvorbu a projednávání právních předpisů (dále jen „Projekt“). Obsahem Projektu je zavedení nástrojů elektronického vyhlašování právních předpisů a vytvoření ověřené a bezplatně dostupné databáze minulých a aktuálních znění právních předpisů, včetně vazeb na právo Evropské unie (systém e-Sbírka), nástrojů elektronické tvorby a projednávání právních předpisů v úplném znění (systém e-Legislativa) a nových postupů legislativní a publikační práce založených na využití těchto pokročilých nástrojů s promítnutím nezbytných souvisejících změn do právního řádu.
