Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) have entered into a contract with the awarded provider to undertake fibre installation to support Smart Infrastructure Pilots Programme (SIPP) smart multi-purpose columns provision, inclusive of BT Open Reach Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) rental and relevant warranty and maintenance of fibre and any necessary street works. 1 year initial term, with option to extend for 4 further years on a year-by-year basis.
