The Ordering Party also reserves the possibility of changes in the event of: a) changes in applicable law affecting the subject and terms of the contract and changes in the legal or factual situation of the Supplier and/or Ordering Party resulting in the impossibility of fulfilling the subject of the contract; b) occurrence of extraordinary circumstances of "force majeure" resulting in the impossibility of fulfilling the subject of the contract or threatening a gross loss, which the Parties did not foresee when concluding the contract – force majeure means extraordinary, unforeseeable events and circumstances independent of the will of any of the parties to the contract; c) occurrence of extraordinary circumstances other than "force majeure", threatening a gross loss, which the Parties did not foresee when concluding the contract; d) In the event of receiving a decision from the Managing Institution of the implemented project containing changes in the scope of tasks, implementation deadlines, or establishing additional provisions to which the Ordering Party will be obliged. Conditions of changes: Form of changes - an annex to the contract with the Supplier in writing under pain of nullity.
