P ublic Procurement and D isposal of Assets Authority NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING PUBLIC NOTICE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LAPTOPS, LAPTOP BAGS AND DESKTOPS Procurement Reference Number: PPDA/ICT/09/2026 1. The Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Authority (PPDA) has funds within the internal budget to be used for the acquisition of Laptops, Laptop bags and Desktops. 2. The Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Authority invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of the ICT equipment as below: Lot # ITEM QUANTITY 1 Business Laptops and Laptop Bags 15 2 Business Laptops Laptop Bags 15 3 Professional Laptop and Laptop bag 1 Desktop Computer 3 3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national bidding procedures contained in the Government of Malawi’s Public Procurement Act 2025 and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries. 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from PPDA and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 09:00 to 15:00 hours. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders from the address shown at 7 (b) below and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of MK10,000.00. The method of payment will be Bank Deposit. PPDA Account, NBM, Capital City Branch, A/c 0001005624416 6. Bids must be delivered to the address shown at 7 (c) below at or before 10:00 am on 21st October 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration. Late bids shall be rejected.
