Description

MALAWI NATIONAL COUNCIL OF SPORTS (MNCS) INVITATION FOR BIDS 1. Malawi National Council of Sports (MNCS) has allocated funds in its budget for the Supply and Delivery of various goods and services for the period 2026-2027. 2. The Chairperson, Internal Procurement and Disposal of Assets Committee (IPDC), now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the following: DELIVERY PERIOD NO. DESCRIPTION REFERENCE NUMBER 1 Supply and Delivery of MNCS/APPAREL/26-27/01 3 WEEKS Sports Equipment and Apparel 3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures and in full compliance with provisions of Malawi’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2025 and its Subsidiary Regulations. Bidding is open to all bidders as defined in the Bidding Document. 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Malawi National Council of Sports (MNCS) and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below between 08:00 to 12:00hrs from Monday to Friday by contacting the Procurement and Disposal Unit (PDU). 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be obtained from the address at 8(a) below upon a non-refundable cash deposit of MK10,000.00 to National Bank Account Number: 1802283 and the bidding documents shall be collected at the Procurement and Disposal Unit of MNCS Head Office, behind Kamuzu Stadium, upon production of a valid National Bank deposit slip during periods specified at 4 above. 6. Sealed bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(b) at or before 10:00 Hours on 7th October, 2026. The Procurement reference number and description of the item(s) tendered for should be clearly marked on the envelopes. 7. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(a) from 10:00hrs on 7th October, 2026. 8. (a) Documents may be inspected and obtained at: Malawi National Council of Sports Procurement and Disposal Unit Behind Kamuzu Stadium P.O. Box 452 Blantyre (b) Sealed bids should be deposited into the Tender Box at the reception at the address at 8(a). The Bids should be addressed to: The Chairperson Internal Procurement and Disposal Committee Malawi National Council of Sports P.O. Box 452 Blantyre (c) Opening of bids will be done at the address above at 8(a). 9. Any tender not found in the TENDER BOX at the time of opening shall be rejected.
