TAMK Marketing Communications Services

The subject of the procurement is the marketing communication tasks for Tampere University of Applied Sciences' Pedagogical Solutions and Culture unit (PERAKU) for a 3+1 year contract period. The tender is divided into two lots, for each of which 1-2 service providers will be sought, depending on the number of tenders received for the lot and the capacity of the selected service providers as assessed by the client. The primary users of the procurement are Tampere University of Applied Sciences' Music Education and the Professional Teacher Education College (TAOK). However, other TAMK competence units may also utilize the marketing communication services under the contract as needed. Selected providers must utilize the current brand guidelines of the Tampere University Community, including colors, fonts, and basic visual identity. One-off procurements under €5,000 will primarily be directed to the first-ranked service provider in the lot. One-off procurements over €5,000 will be competitively tendered among the service providers selected for the lot using a simplified tendering process, i.e., a mini-competition. If the primary provider is unable to commit to the schedule specified by the tenderer, the second-ranked provider in the lot will be selected, provided that the secondary provider can deliver the work within the timeframe specified by the client. The client reserves the right to competitively tender marketing and communication packages separately when the client deems a separate tender to be justified. The contracting authority modified the request for proposals on 30.10.2026. The tender period was extended to give tenderers time to consider the answers to the questions in their bids. Lot 1: Marketing communication services for Music Education The task includes - Production communication tasks for TAMK Music - Writing concert programs and concert posters - Communication tasks related to TAMK Music student recruitment - Updating TAMK Music's Finnish and English websites and Moodle - Assisting with TAMK Music's internal communication tasks - Maintenance and content production for TAMK Music's website - Graphic design tasks - Assisting with social media content production - Recording and communicating about concerts and other events - Cooperation with TAMK's marketing and communications unit Performing this task requires subject matter expertise in music education. Lot 2: TAOK marketing communication services Marketing communication specialist The task includes - Communication and marketing on social media channels - Writing and publishing blog posts - Participating in the blog editorial board, reviewing and publishing blog posts - Participating in the creation of the annual application marketing plan together with communication services - Cooperation with TAMK communication services - Implementing TAOK's application marketing, e.g., on social media channels - Writing about TAOK's current affairs for TAMK newsletters or similar - Possible other marketing activities Performing this task requires subject matter expertise in professional teacher education and related development work.
