Tender Competition for Route-Based Public Transport Services 2025/2

The scope of the concession is defined in the "General Terms and Conditions for Route-Based Concession Agreements" attachment. For the services under this agreement, an exclusive right will be granted via a separate administrative decision, in accordance with the Public Passenger Transport Services Regulation, in return for fulfilling public service obligations. This exclusive right is granted as specified in the draft concession agreement.
