Telecommunications services - Porkkalankatu WLAN local area network and Internet connections

The customer (Business Finland Oy and Business Finland Innovation Funding Agency) requests your offer for telecommunications services for the Porkkalankatu WLAN local area network and Internet connections in accordance with this request for proposals and its appendices. The subject of the procurement is the design, implementation, maintenance, and management of the wireless local area network (WLAN) of the Team Finland House (Porkkalankatu 1, Helsinki) and related services, all equipment necessary for the solution, internet connections, a separate printer network, and expert services complementing the service. The objective of the procurement is to provide reliable, secure, and managed wireless network services for staff and visitors in the premises. This request for proposals is based on Hansel Oy's (hereinafter "Hansel") Telecommunications Services 2023–2028 (DPS) – dynamic procurement system (hereinafter "DPS"). The tender procedure follows the internal competition procedure for a dynamic procurement system as referred to in Section 52 of the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (1397/2016). The customer will select one supplier based on the internal competition and conclude a procurement contract with the winning bidder. By submitting an offer, the bidder commits to the contract terms attached to this request for proposals as they are. The estimated value of the procurement during the contract period is EUR 150,000 (excl. VAT). The duration of the contract period is estimated to be from 7.9.2026 to 30.09.2029.
