Tender for a contract regarding the procurement of dose dispensing solutions

The tender concerns the Contracting Authority's purchase of Dose Dispensing Solutions. Multidose dispensing is a central part of the medication concept at Odense University Hospital (OUH). OUH, i.e., Sygehusapotek Fyn, currently has a dose dispensing system and an inspection system that are nearing the end of their service life. Therefore, the Contracting Authority wishes to purchase a new dose dispensing solution for Sygehusapotek Fyn, consisting of a dose dispensing system and an inspection system. The tender material covers the entire solution and therefore includes both the dose dispensing system and the inspection system. The solution must support the need for just-in-time delivery several times a day for all hospital patients, which requires a stable and fast dispensing and inspection setup. Furthermore, the Solution must support delivery to new patients and discharged patients when necessary. Between the production of Just-in-time patient-specific orders, treatment packages and PN bags are produced on a day-to-day basis for the departments. The tender broadly includes the following: 1. Purchase of a Dose Dispensing Solution (i.e., a dose dispensing system and an inspection system), "First Delivery", which will initially be installed at Sygehusapotek Fyn's current location at OUH in temporary premises. As part of this, the Supplier must participate in the development of integrations, adapt the solution's software, install the solution, carry out the necessary training, etc. The solution is expected to be delivered no later than October 1, 2026. 2. Options for the Contracting Authority to move and install the above-mentioned Dose Dispensing Solution to the first production facility at Sygehusapotek Fyn's current location at OUH and then to Nyt OUH. 3. Purchase of a Dose Dispensing Solution (i.e., a dose dispensing system and an inspection system), "Second Delivery", which will be installed at Sygehusapotek Fyn's future location at Nyt OUH. As part of this, the Supplier must install the solution, carry out the necessary training, etc. The solution is expected to be delivered in the period May to August 2027. 4. Option for the Contracting Authority to purchase a Dose Dispensing Solution (i.e., a dose dispensing system and an inspection system), which will be installed at Esbjerg Hospital Pharmacy. As part of this, the Supplier must install the solution, carry out the necessary training, etc. If the Contracting Authority wishes to exercise the option, this must be done within three years after Region Syddanmark has entered into a contract with the supplier for the purchase of the two Dose Dispensing Solutions covered by the tender for Sygehusapotek Fyn (see 1 and 3 above). If the option is exercised, a separate contract will be concluded for it. 5. Option for the Contracting Authority to purchase a Dose Dispensing Solution (i.e., a dose dispensing system and an inspection system), which will be installed at the Capital Region Pharmacy at Rigshospitalet. As part of this, the Supplier must install the solution, carry out the necessary training, etc. If the Contracting Authority wishes to exercise the option, this must be done within three years after Region Syddanmark has entered into a contract with the supplier for the purchase of the two Dose Dispensing Solutions covered by the tender for Sygehusapotek Fyn (see 1 and 3 above). If the option is exercised, a separate contract will be concluded for it. 6. Option for the Contracting Authority to purchase a Dose Dispensing Solution (i.e., a dose dispensing system and an inspection system), which will be installed at the Capital Region Pharmacy in Herlev.
