Predmet nabave je uklanjanje nepropisno odloženog otpada pakiranog u „big bag“ vrećama (neke su djelomično oštećene) te njegovo zbrinjavanje (konačni postupci zbrinjavanja) i/ili oporaba (konačni postupci oporabe) sukladno Zakonu o gospodarenju otpadom („Narodne novine“ broj 84/21, 142/23) i podzakonskim i ostalim propisima RH te sukladno propisima dugih zemalja, ukoliko je primjenjivo, koji uređuju navedeno područje (u daljnjem tekstu: Zakon o gospodarenju otpadom). Lokacija je u Gospiću na području bivše tvornice PPK Velebit (Poljoprivredno prehrambeni kombinat Velebit). Faza 2 vreće na otvorenom se odnosi na uslugu zbrinjavanja i/ili oporabe otpada koji je pakiran u „big bag“ vrećama koje se nalaze na otvorenom prostoru između dvije zgrade na česticama 591/3 i 599/4,kao i u hali na k.č.br. 591/3 k.o. Divoselo.
