Original language: hrOvo prethodno savjetovanje predstavlja ponovljeni postupak savjetovanja koje je ranije provedeno pod brojem 2026/S PCINF-0000731, datum objave:12. veljače 2026.g. Naručitelj je nakon prvog (ranije provedenog) savjetovanja objavio Izvješće o provedenom savjetovanju pod brojem 2026/S PCRPT-0000860, datum objave:25.02.2026.g Predmet nabave je uklanjanje nepropisno odloženog otpada u rasutom stanju na lokaciji (nasip od uskladištenog „plastičnog otpada“) te njegovo zbrinjavanje (konačni postupci zbrinjavanja) i/ili oporaba (konačni postupci oporabe) sukladno Zakonu o gospodarenju otpadom („Narodne novine“ broj 84/21, 142/23) i podzakonskim propisima RH te sukladno propisima dugih zemalja, ukoliko je primjenjivo, koji uređuju navedeno područje (u daljnjem tekstu: Zakon o gospodarenju otpadom). Ponuđeni predmet nabave mora omogućiti utovar u vozila (zatvoreno za rasipanje otpada), vaganje na najbližoj dostupnoj lokaciji, prijevoz do lokacije gospodarenja otpadom, te zbrinjavanje i/ili oporabu u ukupnoj procijenjenoj količini od 4.500,00 tona, na primjeran i adekvatan način, a u skladu sa Zakonom o gospodarenju otpadom, uvjetima i zahtjevima iz Dokumentacije o nabavi te planiranim rokovima.
