Cleaning service for premises, patient co-care services, and other in-hospital services at the Holy Family Specialist Hospital

The subject of the order is the provision of daily 24-hour cleaning services for the premises at the Holy Family Specialist Hospital, 24-hour patient co-care services, and other in-hospital services, on both weekdays and holidays, for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the contract with the Contractor. The Ordering Party anticipates that the contract will be concluded from April 13, 2026. The Ordering Party anticipates that the value of the order consisting of the repetition of similar services consistent with the description of the basic subject of the order will not exceed 10% of the value of the basic order. The cleaning of premises will cover an area of 12,041.27 m2. Patient co-care services and other in-hospital services will cover an average of 118 adult patients, 16 children in the Pediatric Ward, and 74 newborns daily, including 6 in the Premature and Intensive Care Sub-Ward. The hospital building has 903 windows. A list of premises areas, divided by type and purpose, and corridors is presented in Table 1 of the SWZ.
