NEW NOTICE: Transfer of Abloy access control system from on-premise solution to Abloy SaaS environment and maintenance. With this notice, the procuring entity is re-launching the tender competition for the acquisition of the access control system as described above, after the procuring entity interrupted it to correct the procurement notice. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCUREMENT SUBJECT The subject of the procurement is a turnkey ABLOY OS access control system transfer from the customer's current on-premise environment to Abloy Oy's SaaS environment, including related implementation, updates, and continuous maintenance services. The procurement does not cover the acquisition of a new system, but rather the managed transfer, modernization, and service production organization of the existing system under the responsibility of the service provider. The service provider is responsible for the entire process, including the planning, transfer, implementation, necessary modifications, software updates, and ensuring the system's functionality throughout its lifecycle. The procurement includes a site- and device-specific survey before the transfer, which will identify compatibility requirements and potential device replacements. Necessary device replacements are the responsibility of the service provider to the extent they are essential for the implementation of the transfer and software updates and to ensure system compatibility. However, the customer's functional or physical extensions (e.g., new sites, doors, or device installations) are not part of the procurement subject and will be carried out as separate procurements. The service includes continuous maintenance and support services, such as system maintenance, information security, backup, updates, and incident management. The service provider is also responsible for managing system access rights and licenses, and for contacting manufacturer support as needed. The contract is valid for a fixed term until two (2) years have passed since the service's go-live date, and will continue thereafter as an indefinite-term contract.
