Im Zuge des Innenausbaus soll die historische Stahlkonstruktion und die räumliche Qualität der Halle erhalten bleiben und die einmalige Atmosphäre als Bereicherung genutzt werden. Die neuen Einbauten bestehen aus einer mit Trockenbau verkleideten Stahlträgerkonstruktionen mit Holoribverbunddecken und Treppenkonstruktionen aus Stahlbeton. Die Lasten der neuen zweigeschossigen Einbauten werden über Stahlstützen und neue Mikropfähle gegründet. Die Trennwände im UG sind überwiegend aus Mauerwerk.
