The village bypass has a total length of approximately 850 meters and covers an area of around 2,360 m² for sidewalk areas and 5,520 m² for roadway areas. The planning and dimensioning of the K68 alignment will be carried out in accordance with the Guidelines for the Design of Urban Roads (RASt 06) to meet the requirements for safe and efficient traffic management. Type and scope Lot 1: Lot 1 covers the planning services for traffic facilities necessary for the described expansion and renovation of the OD Schwabenrod as part of the overall construction measure. The contractor is expected to conduct a more in-depth analysis of the existing infrastructure, including obtaining information about utilities, as a basis for essential planning decisions for all services. The expenses required for this must be included in the total bid amount. The client will conduct public participation. The contractor must be present at these meetings, present the project, and answer citizens' questions. In this context, 2 meetings are to be included, at which the contractor must participate in resident meetings. Additionally, the contractor must include a presentation to political bodies in this context. The contractor must consider that for the road construction measure of OD Schwabenrod, which is to be planned in its entirety, three planning variants, each in the quality of a completed LPH 2 (HOAI), must be prepared by the end of 2026, as this is a mandatory prerequisite for applying for funding for the road construction measure. These 3 variants for applying for funding for the road construction measure must also be coordinated with the client's committees and within the framework of public participation (see explanation above). The planning of (at least) two bus stops is included in the contractor's scope of services. The type, scope, and installation locations of the inner-city street lighting must be coordinated with the municipal network operator "Oberhessische Versorgungsbetriebe AG" (short: OVAG) and taken into account in the planning. For the funding of sidewalks and the barrier-free expansion of bus stops, separate funding applications must be submitted according to the Mobility Funding Act for municipal road construction and public transport. Type and scope Lot 2: Lot 2 covers the planning services for engineering structures that will be renewed, renovated, or newly constructed within the scope of the described road construction of OD Schwabenrod, the village bypass area, as part of the overall construction measure. This concerns the engineering structures * Drinking water supply including house connections * Wastewater sewer (combined sewer) including house connections The existing drinking water and wastewater infrastructure in OD Schwabenrod is in need of renovation and must be renewed. This affects both the main pipelines and the house connections. The aim of the intended construction measures is the professional renewal and renovation of the drinking water and wastewater pipelines, taking into account technical and economic aspects. For these services, the contractor must provide corresponding HOAI service phases. Within the scope of the drinking water supply, it is planned to renew the main pipeline within the entire village bypass. The required lengths of house connections are approximately 225 m with nominal diameters DN40 or DN63 according to the current planning status, and the length of the main pipeline is approximately 622 m with a nominal diameter DN150. Furthermore, for connecting the side streets, pipe lengths of approximately 38 m with DN100 and approximately 6 m with DN125 are planned. Additionally, 5 valve crossings will be newly constructed in the expansion area, with the location of the valve crossings to be closely coordinated with the client.
