Original language: PolishPrzedmiotem zamówienia jest wdrożenie mechanizmów umożliwiających wysłanie EDM od 01.01.2023 do 31.12.2025 oraz dostawa modułu umożliwiającego obsługę skanowania dokumentacji. Zamawiający wymaga wdrożenia mechanizmów generowania EDM, umożliwiających tworzenie i podpisywanie brakujących dokumentów od roku 2023 przez personel medyczny Zamawiającego, poprzez automatyczne przesyłanie podpisanych dokumentów do systemu P1 (generowanie kart informacyjnych w formacie HL7 CDA PIK Level 3, zgodnie ze standardem interoperacyjności wskazanym przez Centrum e-Zdrowia (CeZ), gdzie weryfikacja i podpis EDM nastąpi przez upoważniony personel Zamawiającego. Pozostałe wymagania zawiera załącznik nr 4 do SWZ
