De uitvraag staat opnieuw open omdat een kandidaat zich heeft teruggetrokken.Als Woonbegeleider Oekra?ense Opvang ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bewoners van onze opvanglocatie(s). Jij zorgt ervoor dat zij zich welkom en veilig voelen en dat hun leefomstandigheden optimaal zijn. Je werkt in een klein, hecht team en hebt een afwisselende functie waarin je veel contact hebt met bewoners, de omgeving en externe partners. Wat ga je doen? ? Je werkt een aantal uur per week vanuit de opvanglocatie (je rouleert over meerdere locaties); ? Je bent eerste aanspreekpunt voor bewoners van de opvanglocatie(s) en voert gesprekken om hun vragen en zorgen te bespreken; Je beantwoordt e-mails, telefoon en whatsapp berichten van de bewoners; ? Je zorgt voor goede communicatie en afstemming met de omgeving, zodat bewoners prettig kunnen wonen; ? Je neemt huisvesting-gerelateerde klachten in behandeling en lost deze zo snel mogelijk op; ? Je ziet toe op de naleving van huishoudelijke regels en neemt waar nodig passende maatregelen; ? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor in-huizingen en helpt bij verhuizingen van bewoners; ? Je organiseert activiteiten die bijdragen aan een fijne en veilige leefomgeving; ? Je draagt bij aan een positieve sfeer en ondersteunt bewoners bij praktische zaken. Na gunning dient de gegunde partij een actueel VOG (niet ouder dan 6 maanden) te kunnen overleggen van de kandidaat. Indien dit niet kan vervalt de gunning.
