Purchase of application servers with software - expansion of existing infrastructure to increase computing power for the installation of new operating systems and advanced hospital system applications for Copernicus PL Sp. z o.o.

1. The subject of the order is the purchase of application servers with software – expansion of the existing infrastructure to increase computing power for the installation of new operating systems and advanced hospital system applications for Copernicus PL Sp. z o.o. 2. The subject of the order consists of 1 part. The detailed description of the subject of the order, quantities and terms of order fulfillment are included in: 1) Annex No. 1A to the SWZ – Price Form 2) Annex No. 1B to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), 3) Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – Draft Agreement. 3. The offered items of the order must be complete, of high standard in terms of both quality and functionality, and free from material, structural, and legal defects. 4. The offered items of the order must be approved for circulation and use in accordance with applicable legal provisions. 5. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes, where the Contracting Authority refers to standards, approvals, technical specifications or reference systems, or where trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or devices) are indicated, in accordance with Art. 99 sec. 5 and Art. 101 sec. 4 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority permits equivalent solutions. 6. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the right to award the contract only to Contractors referred to in Art. 94 of the Pzp Act. 7. The Contracting Authority does not impose the requirements referred to in Art. 96 of the Pzp Act. 8. The Contracting Authority requires that the purchased assortment complies with the principle of "do no significant harm" (DNSH). 9. Source of financing for the public procurement: The order is financed within the framework of Investment D1.1.2. "Accelerating the digital transformation processes of healthcare through further development of digital services in healthcare (competitive call)." implemented under the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan. 10. Pursuant to Art. 257 point 1, the Contracting Authority informs that it may annul the public procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the order have not been granted to it. 11. The Contractor may be required to provide documents confirming the parameters specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order, particularly for the purpose of presenting to the controlling institution of the KPO project implementation, at any stage of the contract execution after its conclusion.
