ZP/34/ZCO/2026 - Endpoint management system, IT environment monitoring and incident management

1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation, configuration, and commissioning of an integrated IT infrastructure management system for the Ordering Party, including in particular: • Unified Endpoint Management system, • IT environment monitoring system, • Service Desk (ITSM) incident management system, along with the required licenses, integration between systems, documentation, training, and technical support for a period of 36 months. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. 3. The solution must function as a coherent ecosystem for exchanging data on resources, incidents, and performance. 4. The Ordering Party does not require a bid bond or a performance bond. 5. The offer should include the following statements and documents: a) a completed offer form prepared using the template provided in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, Form – Description of the Subject of the Order - Annex 1a to the SWZ. b) statements and documents listed in Chapter VI. 1. SWZ; and VII.1 SWZ. c) a European Single Procurement Document valid on the day of offer submission – Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. d) appropriate original or notarized power of attorney to jointly represent the contractors applying for the order (also applies to civil partnerships), e) appropriate original or notarized power of attorney or other relevant document if the offer is signed by an attorney-in-fact or if the authority to sign the offer does not arise from the contractor's registration document, f) The power of attorney referred to in points d) and e) of this section must be submitted by the Contractor in electronic form via the purchasing platform, bearing the qualified electronic signature of the person granting the power of attorney, and in the case of a notarized copy, the qualified electronic signature of the notary. The terms of contract performance and contract changes have been specified in detail in the draft contract, which is Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The opening of offers is non-public and takes place without the participation of contractors.
