Aninver Development Partners SL (www.aninver.com) is looking for a Facilitateur Local - Maroc for a industry consultancy assignment financed by UNIDO in Morocco.

Aninver Development Partners is preparing a consulting proposal for an upcoming UNIDO initiative in Morocco focused on industrial development and sustainable practices. The project aims to promote resource efficiency and cleaner production within industrial zones by supporting local pilot companies in optimizing their resource consumption, reducing environmental impacts, and transitioning toward a circular economy.

To support this assignment, we are seeking a qualified local professional for the position of Facilitateur Local - Maroc. The expert will play a critical role in engaging local industrial enterprises, facilitating communication with the park management, and coordinating logistics for workshops and on-site visits to ensure the smooth implementation of project activities in the country.

Aninver is preparing a proposal for this assignment. The selected expert will be part of the proposed team; the engagement is conditional on the contract being awarded to Aninver. The full Terms of Reference for the position are shared with shortlisted candidates.

Objectives of the assignment

• Mobilize and engage local industrial enterprises to participate in resource efficiency and cleaner production club activities.
• Ensure effective liaison between the project team, participating companies, and industrial park management bodies.
• Facilitate the smooth logistical organization of collective training workshops and on-site coaching visits.
• Support the successful execution of technical assistance activities promoting sustainable industrial practices in Morocco.

Scope of work

• Finalize methodology and coordinate initial logistical arrangements with relevant stakeholders in the country.
• Raise awareness and engage pilot companies within the designated industrial zone to join the cleaner production club.
• Support the preparation and execution of thematic collective training workshops focused on resource efficiency and environmental management.
• Assist in organizing individualized on-site coaching visits to identify environmental and energy optimization opportunities.
• Facilitate data collection and local stakeholder communication for technico-economic evaluations and action plans.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, reporting, and the handover of project results to industrial park managers.

Your role as Facilitateur Local - Maroc

• Serve as the primary local contact point for participating industrial companies and local stakeholders.
• Coordinate all logistical arrangements for workshops, meetings, and on-site technical visits.
• Support the mobilization campaigns to secure the active participation of local pilot enterprises.
• Facilitate communication and information flow between the international expert team and local beneficiaries.
• Assist in organizing stakeholder meetings and capturing feedback during project activities.
• Contribute to local administrative tasks and reporting related to field implementation.

Requirements

• Professional experience in project coordination, logistics, or stakeholder engagement within Morocco.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with local industrial enterprises and institutional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in arranging workshops, meetings, and field visits.
• Fluency in French and Arabic is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.

Desirable

• Previous experience working with international organizations or UN agencies on industrial or environmental projects.
• Familiarity with industrial zones and business networks in Morocco.

An organized and proactive local professional with strong communication skills and proven experience in stakeholder engagement and logistical coordination for industrial or development projects in Morocco.
