Aninver Development Partners SL (www.aninver.com) is looking for a Full-Stack, UX and Analytics Expert (K-4) for a consultancy assignment financed by Ignite Investment – AfDB-funded in Ethiopia.

Aninver Development Partners is preparing a technical proposal for an upcoming initiative funded by the African Development Bank through Ignite Investment in Ethiopia. The programme aims to strengthen digital infrastructure, improve performance, and enhance the functionality of an equity crowdfunding platform designed to bridge the financing gap for small and medium-sized enterprises in the region.

To support this assignment, we are seeking a qualified Full-Stack, UX and Analytics Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in upgrading the platform's front-end user interface, optimizing user experience, and deploying advanced analytics capabilities to facilitate secure digital investments and capital mobilization.

Aninver is preparing a proposal for this assignment. The selected expert will be part of the proposed team; the engagement is conditional on the contract being awarded to Aninver. The full Terms of Reference for the position are shared with shortlisted candidates.

Objectives of the assignment

• Conduct a comprehensive technical assessment of the existing MVP crowdfunding platform.
• Improve the front-end user interface (UI/UX) to maximize accessibility and engagement for investors and entrepreneurs.
• Deploy advanced analytics capabilities to track platform usage and investment trends.
• Contribute to building a robust, secure, scalable, and user-friendly digital investment environment.

Scope of work

• Review the existing Minimum Viable Product platform and identify front-end and user experience bottlenecks.
• Upgrade front-end user interfaces and mobile accessibility for investors and entrepreneurs.
• Integrate advanced analytics capabilities into the digital platform.
• Collaborate with the technical team on system architecture integration and server configurations.
• Support rigorous system and usability testing prior to live deployment.
• Contribute to capacity building and training workshops for local staff.

Your role as Full-Stack, UX and Analytics Expert (K-4)

• Lead the full-stack development, front-end enhancement, and UI/UX optimization of the digital platform.
• Design and implement intuitive user interfaces tailored for investment, fintech, and crowdfunding users.
• Integrate advanced analytics tools to monitor user behavior, platform traffic, and investment flows.
• Collaborate closely with solutions architects and security experts to ensure seamless integration.
• Conduct platform testing to troubleshoot usability issues and optimize performance across web and mobile devices.
• Participate in technical documentation and deliver training workshops for local stakeholders.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field
• Languages: Working proficiency in English

Desirable

• At least 5-7 years of experience in developing and delivering web and mobile platforms, preferably for investment, fintech or crowdfunding users
• Previous professional experience working on donor-funded digital development projects in Africa.
• Familiarity with equity crowdfunding ecosystems and SME financing platforms.

An innovative Full-Stack, UX and Analytics Expert with a strong background in fintech platforms, user interface design, and web/mobile development in emerging markets.
