Delivery of net electricity on the free market and selection of a balancing group coordinator for the needs of the Municipality of Bregovo for low-voltage connected sites

The scope of the order includes the delivery of net active electrical energy by a contractor, a coordinator of a standard balancing group, for low voltage with full administration of the information flow with ESO and assumption of balancing costs for the needs of sites of the Municipality of Bregovo. During delivery, continuity of electricity supply must be ensured and electrical energy must be delivered with quality and in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Act (EA) and other normative acts governing public relations related to the supply of electrical energy (including the regulations to the EA, the Rules for Trading with Electrical Energy (PTEE) and the Rules for Measuring Electrical Energy Quantities (PIKEE)). As a "balancing group coordinator", the Contractor shall assume responsibility for balancing, include the Contracting Authority in the balancing energy market as a participant (indirect member) in a standard balancing group, without the Contracting Authority paying a participation fee. The Contracting Authority has no obligations regarding the forecasting and ordering of the required amounts of electricity. The Contractor assumes all imbalances of its clients. The estimated quantity of electricity to be delivered for the contract period is determined based on the quantities consumed in the previous 12 months for all sites of the Contracting Authority, indicated in the participation documentation, and totals 1,600.00 MWh for 24 months. The quantity of electricity is indicative and serves only for information purposes for the present order. The estimated quantity of electricity consumption for the contract period does not in any way oblige the contracting authority to use it, nor does it limit the contracting authority's consumption within its framework in any way, as the contractor undertakes to deliver the required quantity of electricity per day, per month or for the entire contract period.
