Commercial Sale of Written-Off Computer Equipment, Laptops, Televisions, LaserJet Printer Cartridges, and Various Cables at the IRMCT Arusha Branch

Agency: UN Secretariat | Reference: EOIIRMCT24783 | Type: Request for EOI 1) The UN International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT), Arusha Branch, will soon initiate a competitive solicitation process for the commercial sale of the following items on an "as is, where is" basis, without warranty: - Used Televisions: (Qty: 11 ) - Used Computers: (Qty: 51 ) - User Monitors: (Qty :23) - New Computers: (Qty: 60 ) - New Monitors: (Qty: 110 ) - Laptops: (Qty:16) - LaserJet Printer Cartridges: (Qty: 93 ) - Various Cables (1m, 1.5m, 3m, and 5m): (Qty: 62) 2) Full technical specifications and administrative instructions will be set out in the solicitation document, which will be issued following the closing date of this Expression of Interest (EOI). The solicitation will also include details of a scheduled site visit to inspect the items at the IRMCT premises in Arusha, Tanzania. Participation in the site visit will be mandatory, and all associated costs shall be borne by the bidders. 3) Please note that the written-Off Computer Equipment, Laptops, Televisions, LaserJet Printer Cartridges, and Various Cables are offered for sale on an “as-is, where-is” basis, with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 4) IRMCT reserves the right to change or cancel any of these requirements at any time during the EOI and/or the solicitation process. 5) Prospective buyers (companies and individuals) are invited to express their interest by the EOI closing date, either electronically via the link provided in this REOI or by email to irmct-procurement@un.org, fariala@un.org. 6) Prospective buyers (companies and individuals) interested in being considered for shortlisting to receive the IRMCT solicitation document are requested to submit an Expression of Interest electronically before the closing date on 22 October 2026 at 14:00 hrs, Tanzania local time. 7) In case you have difficulties submitting your interest electronically, please contact Mr. Raphael Fariala Shabani via email to IRMCT-procurement@un.org (fariala@un.org) no later than 15 October 2026.
