- This Invitation for Quotation follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project, which appeared in the National e-Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) dated 07/08/2024.
- The PRIME MINISTER'S OFFICE REGIONAL ADMINISTRATION AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT has received a Credit from the World Bank towards the cost of Supply of ICT Equipment, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Credit to cover eligible payments under the contract for Supply of ICT and Virtual Meeting Equipment for Program PIT Office.
- The PRIME MINISTER'S OFFICE REGIONAL ADMINISTRATION AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT now invites quotation from all eligible tenderers for Supply of ICT and Virtual Meeting Equipment for Program PIT Office. Quotation will be conducted through the National Shopping specified in the Public Procurement Act, CAP 410.
- A complete set of quotation document(s) in English may be accessed through NeST. Tenderers are required to be registered on the NeST and pay the quotation participation fees indicated in the NeST to be able to participate in this quotation process.
- All quotations must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the quotation document.
- All Quotations must be properly filled in and submitted through NeST at or before 10:00 AM hours local time on 30/04/2026. Quotations will be opened promptly thereafter through NeST. Quotation opening details will be available to the public through NeST.
- Quotations not received through NeST shall not be evaluated, irrespective of the circumstances.
