Osana hanketta rakennetaan uusi tekninen tila nykyisen varastotilan sisään sekä uusi konesuoja museorakennuksen ulkopuolelle. Urakka sisältää rakennustekniset ja LVIAS-työt, ja se toteutetaan kokonaisurakkana suunnitelmien mukaisesti.
