Original language: fiKäyttöoikeussopimuksen kohteena on Vuosaaren Urheilutalo Oy:n ("tilaaja") kahvilapalveluiden tuottaminen osoitteessa Vuosaarentie 5, 00980 Helsinki. Valittava palveluntuottaja maksaa Vuosaaren Urheilutalo Oy:lle vuokraa vastineeksi käyttöönsä saamistaan tiloista ja vastaa kahvilapalveluiden tuottamisesta omalla riskillään. Valittavan palveluntuottajan kanssa solmitaan vuokrasopimus. Tilaajan tavoitteena on, että kahvilapalveluiden tuottaminen Vuosaaren Urheilutalon tiloissa alkaa joko 1.8.2026 tai 1.9.2026. Sopimuskauden pituus on viisi vuotta. Yksityiskohtaiset tiedot on esitetty hankinta-asiakirjoissa. TILOIHIN TUTUSTUMINEN Vuokrattaviin tiloihin on mahdollista käydä tutustumassa tarjousaikana.
