Original language: noFormålet med dette oppdraget er å gjennomføre en evaluering av Oslo kommunes satsing på tiltaket ferie- og deltidsjobber til ungdom. Evalueringen vil inngå som et sentralt kunnskapsgrunnlag i byrådets arbeid med å videreutvikle ferie- og deltidsjobber til ungdom. Evalueringen består av to deler: Del 1: Evalueringen skal beskrive og vurdere resultater og virkninger av kommunens satsing på ferie- og deltidsjobber. Det skal særlig legges vekt på hvordan og i hvilken grad erfaringer fra ferie- og deltidsjobber bidrar til å styrke ungdoms tilknytning til arbeid og utdanning, og til å forebygge utenforskap. Del 2: Evalueringen skal beskrive og vurdere ordningens utforming og innretning. Herunder identifisere behov for videreutvikling og forbedringer av satsingen, og gi konkrete forslag til hvordan dette kan gjennomføres. Arbeidet skal resultere i en delrapport og en sluttrapport.
