Original language: isVerkið felst í smíði og fullnaðarfrágangi viðbyggingar og breytingar á núverandi húsnæði leikskólans á Djúpavogi. Leikskólinn Bjarkatún stendur á lóð við Hammersminni 15b á Djúpavogi en þar er starfræktur tveggja deilda leikskóli sem fyrirhugað er að stækka í tveimur áföngum. Útboð þetta nær eingöngu til fyrsta áfanga stækkunarinnar sem felur í sér byggingu nýrrar kennaraálmu til norðurs og aðlaganir á núverandi aðstöðu. Stækkun fyrsta áfanga nemur 112,7 m² brúttó stærð gólfflatar og breytingar innandyra í núverandi húsi eru um 60 m².
