Republic of Malawi Chikwawa Teacher Training College INVITATION TO BID (ITB) FOR PROCUREMENT OF NON-CONSULTANCY SERVICES 1. The Ministry of Education (MOEST) has secured resources for procurement of non- consultancy services and intends to apply part of the funds towards the stated procurements on framework Agreements. 2. The Chairperson, internal procurement and Disposal of Assets Committee of Chikwawa Teacher Training College, now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders to participate in it. 3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Tendering procedures through use of Request for Quotations contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act (2025) and its subsidiary legislations and is open to all qualified and eligible bidders. 4. A complete set of Bidding Documents by the use of Request for Quotation (RFQ) can be collected from Chikwawa Teacher Training College in Chikwawa for the following procurements: Item Description Delivery Method of Tender # No Period Procurement 1 Provision of Landscaping 1 Year RFQ CKTTC/LS/2026/27/1 Services 2 Provision of repair and 1 Year RFQ CKTTC/MVM/2026/27/1 maintenance services of Motor Vehicles 5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement and Disposal of Asset Unit and Inspect the Bidding Document at the address given below at 10 (a) from 8:00 to 12:00 Noon and 13:00 to 16:00 Hrs Local time (Monday to Friday , except National Public holidays and weekends. 6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be obtained for free to do with Provision of Services for Landscaping and Motor Vehicles , at Procurement and Disposal of Asset Unit (PDU) for collection of bidding document from the address shown at 10 (b) below . 7. Bids must be delivered to the address given at paragraph 10(a) below by 22/10/2026, 14 Hours local Time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Bids will be opened in the presence of those interested and the bidders’ representatives who may choose to attend at the address given at the paragraph 10(b) below on 22/10/2026, 14:00 hours local time . 8. Late Bids shall be rejected and returned to the owners unopened. 9. The College reserves the right to reject any or all bids. 10.
