SECTION A: QUOTATION REQUIREMENTS___ 1. Description: Provision, Installation, Testing and Maintenance of 24 cores Dark fiber IRU between RBM LL and Accountant General's Department Capital Hill (3.9km) and operation and maintenance for the period of Ten (10) Years 2. Quotation prices should be based on___ (a) for services and accessories provided from within Malawi; EXW – insured and delivered to (Accountant General ‘s Department - HQTs) (b) for goods supplied from outside of Malawi; CIP or DDP Accountant General ‘s Department - HQTs) 3. The completion period required for installation is 5 days from date of order 4. Quotations must be valid for 30 days from the deadline for submission. 5. The warranty/guarantee offered shall be: 10 Years O & M 6. Quotations and supporting documents as specified in Section C must be marked with the Procurement Reference Number given above, and indicate your acceptance of the terms and conditions. 7. Quotations must be received, in sealed envelopes, no later than: 10:00 hrs local time on 12th August, 2026.
