Any resulting order shall be subject to the Government of Malawi General Conditions of Contract for Local Purchase Orders except where modified by this Request for Quotations. SECTION A: QUOTATION REQUIREMENTS Description of Services and Location: ‘’Provision of Sophos Firewall License (Lot1) and End – Point Antivirus (Lot 2) to the National AIDS Commission. 1. Services are to commence as follows: 1.1 Sophos Firewall License commencement date is: 15th December 2026. 1.2 Endpoint Antivirus commencement date is: 25th September 2026 2. Services are to be completed within 12 months from the date of commencement. 3. Quotations must be valid for 30 days from the deadline of submission. 4. Quotations and supporting documents as specified in Section B must be marked with the Procurement Reference Number given above and indicate acceptance of the stated terms and conditions. 5. Quotations must be received, in sealed envelopes and deposited in the tender box located at the reception area of NAC office no later than:14:00 hours on Monday,17th August 2026. Late quotations will be rejected. Bidders are expected to sign a quotation submission sheet at the reception when submitting the quotations. 6.
