The selected contractor will be responsible for administering seed capital funds to eligible SMEs and startups in accordance with criteria and procedures approved by UNDP, while providing technical support, monitoring, reporting, investment readiness services, resource mobilization, and overall portfolio management.The contractor will operate under the direct supervision of UNDP and shall implement activities exclusively in accordance with agreed terms, deliverables, and performance indicators.Although the assignment includes administration and disbursement of seed capital funds to SMEs, the selected organization will not be a grant beneficiary. Rather, it will act as a service provider contracted by UNDP to manage and facilitate the programme on UNDPs behalf.
