REQUEST FOR QOUTATIONS Parliament of Malawi has budgeted public funds to be used for the procurement of Works and Related Services. The Parliament of Malawi now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of the following: NO. DESCRIPTION PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NUMBER DURATION OF THE CONTRACT 1. Maintenance of Electrical and POM/RFQ/PDU/W/KITCHEN/2026- 16 weeks Mechanical Installation of Kitchen 2027 at Parliament Building in Lilongwe 2. Construction of Drivers Lounge at POM/RFQ/PDU/W/DRIVERS/2026- 14 weeks Parliament Premises in Lilongwe 2027 3 Construction of Emergency Exit/ POM/RFQ/PDU/W/EXIT//2026-2027 14 Weeks Entrance at Parliament Premises in Lilongwe 4 Construction of Motor Vehicle POM/NCB/PDU/W/WORKSHOP/202 18 Weeks Workshop at Parliament Premises in 6-2027 Lilongwe 5 Borehole Drilling at Parliament POM/NCB/PDU/W/BOLE/2026-2027 5 Weeks Premises in Lilongwe 6 Supply, delivery, and Installation of POM/NCB/PDU/G/GATE/2026-2027 5 Weeks Full Height Motorised Slinging Gate at Parliament 1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Request for Quotation (RFQ) procedures prescribed under the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2025 of the Government of the Republic of Malawi, and is open to all eligible bidders from eligible source countries. 2. Parliament shall conduct a compulsory pre-bid meeting and site visit for all procurements listed above at the Parliament Premises, Lilongwe, on Monday, 17th August 2026, at 10:00 hours. Attendance at the pre- bid meeting and site visit shall form part of the evaluation process. 3. Interested bidders may obtain the RFQ documents by contacting the Procurement and Disposal Unit (PDU) on +265 994 078 984 or +265 999 395 440, or by visiting the Procurement and Disposal Unit, Parliament of Malawi, Parliament Building, Presidential Way, Room No. 247, Lilongwe, to collect a hard copy. The RFQ documents may be obtained in person from the address provided below between 08:00 hours and 16:30 hours on working days. 4. RFQ must be clearly marked with the relevant procurement reference number, properly sealed, and deposited in the Tender Box at the address provided below on or before 12:00 hours (local time) on Friday, 21st August 2026. Late bids will be rejected. Electronic submission of bids shall not be permitted. 5.
