Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Erbringung von Sicherheitsdienstleistungen für das Präsidialdepartement (PD), Staatskanzlei, im Bereich «Bewachung & Zentralendienste» im Rathaus Basel. Das Rathaus Basel ist ein repräsentatives Gebäude des Kantons Basel-Stadt am Basler Marktplatz. Es beherbergt das Kantonsparlament sowie das Präsidialdepartement und ist ein zentraler Ort des politischen und öffentlichen Lebens. Der Sicherheitsdienst übernimmt insbesondere folgende Aufgaben: • Empfangen von Kunden, Lieferanten und Verwalten von anstehenden und zukünftigen Terminen • Betreuen von Besuchern, erteilen von Auskünften und weiterleiten dieser an die richtige Stelle • Sicherstellen eines geordneten Ablaufs des Tagesgeschäfts mit präventiven Massnahmen sowie deeskalierender Kommunikationsweise. • Umgang mit schwierigen Kunden und allgemeinen Notfallsituationen • Überwachung des Innenhofs • Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Ablaufs des Tagesgeschehens
