Original language: fiPäijät-Hämeen hyvinvointialueella tietojohtamista on kehitetty usean vuoden ajan, ja kypsyystaso on noussut merkittävästi. Organisaatiolla on omaa osaamista hankinnan kohteena olevilla osa-alueilla, mutta täydentävää asiantuntijatukea tarvitaan erityisesti kehittämisen ja ylläpidon tehtävissä. Lisäksi tukea haetaan joustavaan resursointiin tarpeen mukaan. Hankinta pitää sisällään tietojohtamisen tietovarastoinnin ratkaisujen ja tietopohjan kehittämisen sekä niihin liittyvän tuen asiantuntijapalvelut. Yksi kehittämistarpeista on data-arkkitehtuuriin liittyvä muutos tai päivitys, ja toimittajan tulee pystyä tukemaan hyvinvointialuetta tarvittaessa arkkitehtuurin muutoksessa sekä siihen liittyvässä suunnittelussa ja toteutuksessa. Lisäksi tarvitsemme toimittajalta apua kehityskäytäntöjen parantamiseen, erityisesti versionhallinnan, julkaisuputkien hallinnan sekä muiden DevOps-käytäntöjen kehittämiseen ja käyttöönottoon. Hankinnan kohteena ovat: - Tietojohtamisen pilvialustan tietoputkien ja tietopohjan kehittämisen, sekä ylläpidon asiantuntija-palvelut - Tietojohtamisen pilvialustan komponenttien hallinnan, arkkitehtuurin, kehittämisen ja tuen asiantuntijapalvelut - Toimittajalta edellytetään osaamista useista seuraavista teknologioista ja tietovarastoratkaisuista sekä tekniikoista, kuten DevOps, SQL, Python, DataVault, mitaliarkkitehtuuri, Lakehouse, Databricks, Snowflake, WhereScape, tietoallasratkaisut, Azure-ympäristö ja Power BI. Lisäksi arvostamme osaamista tietojohtamisen menetelmistä ja käytännöistä, jotka tukevat tietovarastoinnin kehittämistä ja hyödyntämistä. Sopimuskausi on määräaikainen 24 kuukautta, jonka jälkeen sopimuskautta jatketaan toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Sopimuskausi alkoi maaliskuussa 2026.
